    Design Approach

    Studio Kora is imagined as a calm, finely tuned tool for creative work rather than a space that demands attention. The layout balances open collaboration zones with focused individual desks, anchored by long, low workbenches and generous circulation that keeps sightlines clear. A restrained Japandi-inspired palette of warm timber, soft off-whites, and graphite accents is intentionally left quiet, so campaign boards, prototypes, and artwork can become the color in the room. Storage is concealed behind flush planes to reduce visual noise, while a mix of diffused ambient lighting and focused task lamps create a gentle, studio-grade light throughout the day. Every element is designed to feel tactile yet unobtrusive, forming a timeless backdrop that can adapt as the studio’s teams, tools, and stories evolve.

    The Onyx Penthouse is conceived as a nocturnal retreat above Bengaluru’s electric skyline — a space where shadow does the framing and light becomes a carefully edited accent. Saturated charcoals, ink blues, and smoked mirrors create a layered, cinematic envelope, while tactile finishes — veined stone, brushed metal, and dense, tailored upholstery — bring a quiet, ultra-luxe weight to every surface. The plan privileges long, unbroken sightlines, with low, sculptural furniture and custom joinery drawing the eye outward to the city glow. Every room is calibrated for late-evening living: pools of warm light, deep sofas that invite slow conversation, and bold art moments that feel almost theatrical yet remain effortlessly livable. This is a penthouse designed for those who prefer twilight to daylight, and intensity over neutrality.

    Conceived as a breezy Mediterranean hideaway on the Konkan coast, Casa Ventura embraces light, texture, and effortless indoor–outdoor living. The palette leans into sun-bleached neutrals, lime-plastered walls, and hand-troweled finishes that catch the afternoon light, contrasted with cool stone underfoot and pale-cyan accents that echo the nearby sea. Low, generous seating encourages lounging with doors flung open to the garden, while arched thresholds, cane detailing, and solid-wood joinery introduce a tactile, crafted warmth. Throughout the villa, layering of linens, woven grasses, and ceramics keeps the spaces relaxed and barefoot-friendly, creating a home that feels at once quietly luxurious and wonderfully lived-in.

    The Meridian Residence is conceived as a finely tuned threshold between city and sky. Long sightlines, softened edges, and layered lighting create a slow reveal of spaces, encouraging residents and guests to move, pause, and re-discover the home throughout the day.     The design philosophy for Seva Wellness Centre is rooted in the idea of "quiet luxury"—spaces that support mental clarity and physical ease without visual noise. Natural light, layered artificial lighting, and controlled sightlines are orchestrated to lower sensory overload, while subtle curves in walls and joinery soften movement through corridors and lounges.

    Material junctions, thresholds, and framed views are used to signal key moments in the guest journey, from first contact at the welcome desk to post-treatment reflection zones. The overall environment is intentionally restrained in palette and form so that the true focus remains on the therapies, human interaction, and personal ritual.
